½ cup frozen blueberries

½ cup frozen raspberries

½ cup frozen peaches

1 cup coconut water

This recipe from the annual Goop detox is packed with antioxidant-rich berries, peaches, and a little bit of ginger. In case you didn't know — chlorella is a type of fresh water, green algae primarily known for its detoxifying benefits. It's an excellent source of chlorophyll and protein, and blends up wonderfully into a smoothie!

Five Benefits Of Eating Raw Coconut


Coconuts have long held their position as a pivotal food source for people in tropical regions — and a fruit that's pretty tricky and difficult to remove from its hard and husky shell. Although the idea of opening this superfruit might seem like an intimidating task, the delicious inside and wide spectrum of nutritional benefits are well worth the effort.

1/3 cup superfine sugar

1/3 cup ground almonds

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 1/2 cups self-rising flour*

pinch of salt

1/4 cup icing sugar

This secret Viennese Vanillekipferl recipe is perfect for Christmas (or any other time of the year). Although these are neither sugar-free nor gluten-free, they're seriously delicious and way healthier than your typical butter-filled biscuit. TIP: Have them with a cup of your favorite tea.

GP's Pancakes With Beauty Dust | Via Goop




1 cup flour

sprinkle organic white sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder


1 teaspoon Moon Juice Beauty Dust (optional)

1 egg

1 cup whole milk (or nut milk)

2 tablespoons yogurt

1 T melted butter + extra for cooking

In our household, pancakes are kind of a Sunday morning (or rainy day) tradition. I usually mix up the batter and my dad works his magic with the flipping part. These quick and easy pancakes adapted from GP's recipe are light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. They're pretty much as classic as pancakes get. TIP: Add a teaspoon of Moon Juice Beauty Dust to the batter to glow from within.

Papaya & Watermelon Smoothie


This smoothie is rich in antioxidants and encourages healthy skin, hair, and nails. It's also quite exotic. Try it with the juice of 1 lime instead of the frozen banana and yoghurt for a lighter, more refreshing alternative.


1 cup papaya

1 cup watermelon

1/2 frozen banana

1 tablespoon greek yoghurt

1 cup ice

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon Spirit Dust (optional)

The Power Of A Face Mask Ritual


Self-Care Idea

Every so often our bodies signal that it’s time to slow down, unwind, and de-stress. It’s our responsibility to listen to these signals and figure out what we can do to get our moods back into check. For the average little worries of everyday life treating yourself to a face mask is perfect.

This old, yet classic (and proven-to-work-wonders) ritual is a way to dedicate some time and love to your skin and body. Besides taking your mind off the millions of thoughts probably racing through your brain, it also deeply nourishes your skin and makes you look slightly silly—which makes it all the more fun.

Taking the time out for yourself can often be dismissed as vanity, but lighting a candle whilst applying a face mask is in fact an incredibly healing ritual and a method by which to create respect for yourself. I usually find it best to apply a mask right before washing my face at night, although it could also be great first thing in the morning as a means to start your day on a calm and clear note.

Tip: try going digital-free (and reconnecting to life's natural rhythm) in the time the mask takes to work its superpowers. Give yourself permission to cherish and enjoy the moment. I also usually make sure that my bathroom is super neat and tidy to give this ritual an added spa-like feel.

TIP: Add a dollop of greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey, a few crushed almonds - and call it breakfast!
